Game Recap

The 8th grade boys got off to a strong start and dominated the Magic from the tip taking a 37 – 9 halftime lead. The boys utilized their up-tempo style to shoot 47% from the floor and forced the Magic into 26% shooting and 26 turnovers. The Minutemen were led in scoring by Aidan Palmer with 22. Nolan Williams added 14 and Michael Novosel chipped in with 10. Palmer and Novosel both had 9 rebounds. Good effort by the boys, but lots of room for improvement.

The Minutemen got off to a slow start that they could never overcome. They fought back several times in the second and third quarters closing the gap to single digits, but eventually lost out to the Bees, who hit 8 of 10 three pointers and only committed 8 turnovers for the game.

Revere was led in scoring by Nolan Williams with 10 points. Ryan Shimek added 4 points and 4 rebounds.

Last night the Revere 7th grade girls extended their record to 3-0 by defeating Barberton 38-18.

Kendall Malkus led both teams in scoring with 8 points. Ava Ash had her career high of 6 points. Ava Schieswohl added 5 points. Jan Benedetti and Ally Meixner both hit for 4 points each. Mallory Tompkins added 3 points and Maddy Kaihlin, Jessie Coffey and Delaney Lowrey and Laila Bennett added 2 points. Leading Revere in Rebounds was Delaney Lowrey and Ally Meixner. Leading the in assists was Kendall Malkus and Jessie Coffey and Jan Benedetti. Leading the team in steals was Jan Benedetti and Mallory Tompkins.

Great Game for the girls!! Come out and support the girls as we host North Royalton at 4:30

The Revere 7th grades girls won their second game and first suburban league game against Brecksville 23-16.

Ava Schiesswhol and Kendall Malkus led the scoring with 8 and 6 points. Mallory Tompkins added 5 points and Delaney Lowery added 3 points and Mia Fortounis added 1 point. Kendall Malkus and Mallory Tompkins led the team in rebounds each pulling down 5 a piece. Jessie Coffey, Mia Fortounis, Maddy Kaihlin, Ava Schiesswohl, Reagan Morrison, Jan Bennedetti, Kendall Malkus, Delaney Lowery, Mallory Tompkins led the team in a tough defense.

The girls tip-ff again tomorrow at Barberton- Wish them luck
